Pilot What is this? No card games? This is an outrage! The first episode of Yu-Gi-Oh: Season Zero Abridged aired on 3rd of November 2010. It is a parody of "The Violent Battle - A Game of Darkness", the first episode of the first series anime. The opening theme song is "Birdhouse in Your Soul", by They Might Be Giants. The cut song that plays in the high school scene is "We're All In This Together" from High School Musical. The cut song at 4:28 is from the video game elite beat agent "walkie talkie man", by Steriogram When Yugi's grandpa first shows up, he yells "I am the Angel of Death!", a quote from the movie Full Metal Jacket.
